Oscars: There Will Be Blood

Boogie Nights. Magnolia. Punch-Drunk Love. Paul Thomas Anderson kan films maken. There Will Be Blood is ijzersterk maar ook ijzingwekkend. Dat komt vooral door het personage en het acteren van Daniel Day-Lewis die de hoofdrol speelt. Die stem! Ik kan er uren naar luisteren. Voor de stem die hij inzet mag hij voor mij de Oscar voor beste acteur al winnen. Anderson zal misgrijpen vermoed ik. Daarvoor is de film niet compleet genoeg.
